Lydia Low

Lydia Low is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in roles of increasing responsibility. Currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partner at CelcomDigi since December 2022, Lydia previously held the position of Acting CHRO at Digi Telecommunications from May to December 2022. Prior to this, Lydia worked with Telenor in various capacities, including M&A Integration Planning - HR stream and VP, Head of Leadership & Succession Planning for Telenor Asia. Lydia’s extensive experience at Digi Telecommunications includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner and leading recruitment efforts. Early career includes HR roles at L'Oreal (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Maxis Communications, and BTI Consultants. Lydia holds educational qualifications from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology and Penang Free School, among others.
