Caryn Jenneve

Caryn joined our team in 2009 with extensive Sales, Management, Customer Relations and Service experience. Over the years, Caryn has launched and managed our billing module, new feature development, trainings/implementations as well as our Billing Services offerings and Team. Now turning the Billing reigns over to Alyssa as our Director of Billing , Caryn’s primary focus is on Sales and Marketing, Team Management, Feature Development, Process Improvement and Provider Advocacy.

In the office, you might find Caryn engaging her team or taping down an obstacle course for some blind-folded team-building fun. A positive work environment and customer experience is a must for Caryn at Celerity.

Outside of Celerity, Caryn, her husband, 2 children and dogs can typically be found spending time with family, outdoors, camping, swimming, biking or reading.
