As Celestica’s President and CEO, Rob Mionis is focused on positioning the company for long term profitable growth and ensuring the success of Celestica’s customers around the world.

Prior to joining Celestica, Rob was an Operating Partner/Senior Advisor in private equity, supporting several companies across a broad range of industries, including the industrial, aerospace, healthcare and automotive segments. Prior to Rob’s private equity experience, he was the President and CEO of StandardAero, one of the world’s largest independent global aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul companies, leading the company through a period of significant revenue and profitability growth. Before StandardAero, Rob held senior leadership roles at Honeywell, most recently as the head of the Integrated Supply Chain Organization for Honeywell Aerospace.

Rob started his career with General Electric (GE), and over the last several years he has held a number of operational and service roles at companies in the aerospace, industrial and semiconductor markets, including AlliedSignal, Axcelis Technologies and Honeywell.
