In 2002, they joined Celestica Corporation as the Director of Business Unit, managing global operations and manufacturing for Microsoft hardware products. Tommy then transitioned to Flextronics in 2006 as the Senior Director, where they played a key role in integrating iWill and Arima into the company's portfolio. In 2009, Tommy returned to Celestica as the Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development, where they focused on building a front-end sales engine and delivering accelerated growth for the Advanced Technology Solutions Business.
