Ginna Kitoski

Ginna Kitoski, MSHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Business Partner Leader for Global Operations at Cell Signaling Technology since March 2023, Ginna collaborates with senior leadership to align HR strategies with global business objectives. Previously, Ginna held several key HR roles at Santander Group from April 2013 to February 2023, including Sr. Human Resources Business Partner and AVP, Human Resources - Employee Relations Consultant. Earlier experience includes HR positions at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, Roxbury Comprehensive Community Health Center, and Mass General Brigham. Ginna holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from Cambridge College.
