Michael leads research and development innovation efforts at Cellanyx, taking white space ideas and developing them into commercializable products. His interests and achievements have spanned diverse science areas, from research of molecular mechanisms that govern cell division, identification of druggable targets and mechanisms useful for oncology therapies, to the development of transgenic biosensors for extraterrestrial exploration in collaboration with NASA engineers at Kennedy Space Center. Michael was a postdoctoral fellow in Systems Biology at Harvard Medical School and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Michael earned his PhD in Molecular Biology and Cell Science from the University of Florida.
