Becca Hennessy

Becca Hennessy currently serves as Chief of Staff at Cellares, having previously held roles as Senior Director and Director of People Operations, and Manager of Human Resources & Recruiting. Prior to Cellares, Becca worked at Ladder Insurance as Director of Recruiting, where responsibilities included establishing recruiting and people operations strategy across various roles. Experience also includes serving as Senior Technical Recruiter & Recruiting Operations Consultant at rPeople, focusing on a wide range of industries, and as Campus Recruiter at KPMG, managing large-scale interview processes. Becca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Idaho State University.
