Richard Bland

Richard Bland is an experienced supply chain leader currently serving as Sr. Director of Supply Chain at Cellares since June 2023. Previously, Richard held various senior roles at CRISPR Therapeutics, including Sr. Director of Supply Planning, where significant contributions were made to support the commercialization of CRISPR CAR-T therapies and optimize supply chains for critical programs. Prior experience includes a Director position at Bristol-Myers Squibb, focusing on CAR-T supply planning, and a Global Brand Director role at Seqirus. Richard's extensive background at Merck encompassed multiple leadership positions, managing supply chains and marketing for vaccine products, and developing strategies that enhanced operational effectiveness. Richard holds a Master of Science in Quality Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rutgers University.
