Shirli Guy - Man is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, HR operations, and Analytics at Cellebrite since July 2023, Shirli has previously held significant roles such as Director of Global Compensation and Benefits at Similarweb and Amdocs. With a foundational background as a Compensation and Benefits Manager at The Israeli Phoenix, Shirli has also managed financial functions at The Davidoff Group and performed audits at PwC. Educational achievements include dual Bachelor's degrees from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Accounting and Economics and dual MBAs from Bar-Ilan University in Accounting and Finance, and Accounting and Business Management. Additionally, Shirli served as an IAF Operations Officer during military service from 1999 to 2001.
