Lisa Hewel

Lisa Hewel is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations and leadership roles. As of March 2024, Lisa serves as Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Cellectar Biosciences, Inc. and is also actively engaged as a member of TroopHR, a national HR network. Lisa has been consulting strategically with LWH Consulting since August 2023 and previously held the position of VP, Human Resources Business Partner at Spectrum Science from March 2022 to June 2023. Lisa's background includes significant contributions in HR leadership roles at EVERSANA and Syneos Health Communications, focusing on talent strategy, acquisitions, and organizational development. With an entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated by co-founding Speedpro Imaging, Lisa’s career is supported by an MBA in Human Resources from Penn State University and a BS in Human Resources from Ithaca College.
