Stefan's early career involved an internship as a Software Engineer at Volkswagen Group South Africa. In 2019, they were recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe honoree.

Stefan Bader completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at UC Santa Barbara. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics at the University of Hohenheim.
