Jens Schürmann

Jens Schürmann has a diverse range of work experience. Jens is currently working as the Head of Product Management at cellumation GmbH since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for creating groundbreaking products for a flexible intralogistics platform. Jens works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and company goals are achieved. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at cellumation GmbH, guiding first-mover intralogistics projects and coordinating different teams. Before joining cellumation GmbH, Jens worked as a Research Assistant at BIBA - Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH, where they gained experience in sales, project coordination, and production for a start-up. Jens also has past experience working in the sport and entertainment industry at TUI and completed an internship at BREKOM GmbH.

Jens Schürmann pursued their education at the University of Bremen. From 2013 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Produktionstechnik), which translates to Industrial Engineering (Production Technology). Subsequently, from 2017 to 2020, they completed a Master of Science degree in Management and Production Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Jens Schürmann obtained a certification as an IPMA Level D - Certified Project Management Associate from the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) in June 2020.
