Bo Choy has held various roles in the tech industry since 1998. Bo began their career as a Development Test Engineer at Cisco Systems, where they developed and executed test cases for testing Cisco remote access servers 5200/5300/5800 and performed basic functionality testing of routing protocols. In 2000, they joined Speedera Networks (acquired by Akamai AKAM) as a Lead Software Test Engineer, where they established testing procedures, prepared test plans and test cases, and set up and deployed a bug tracking system. In 2002, they moved to Aruba Networks as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager, where they assembled an experienced QA team, established automation infra-structure, developed QA infrastructure, and managed Platform, Security, and Wireless functional test teams. In 2011, they joined Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, as a Technical Director, where they were responsible for global customer escalation, drove CAR (Critical Account Report to estaff) inter-departmental process, leveraged their engineering experience in resolving critical customer issues, and established the concept of recommended releases. Finally, in 2020, they joined Celona as a Customer Success.
Bo Choy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering from The University of Hong Kong. Bo then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Telecommunications from the University of Pittsburgh.
