Tessa Daugherty has a strong background in customer success and account management. Tessa started their career at LoopMe as an Account Executive Intern in January 2016 and worked their way up to become a Senior Account Manager, International. In September 2018, Tessa joined Celtra as a Customer Success Manager and later became a Senior Customer Success Manager. Tessa then progressed to hold leadership roles in customer success at Celtra, including Director and Senior Director positions. Tessa's most recent and current role is as the Senior Director, Lead EMEA/APAC Customer Success at Celtra.
Tessa Daugherty holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Media Communication and Culture from the University of Roehampton, obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in International Management with Marketing at the same institution in 2014. Tessa received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Marketing from California State University, Chico, in 2013. Additionally, Tessa has acquired various certifications as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) from SuccessHACKER, with the highest level achieved being Level 5 in December 2022.
