Kesha Patel is an experienced product developer currently working at Celtrade Canada Inc. since January 2021, after progressing through roles as a Junior Product Developer and R&D Laboratory Technician. Prior to this, Kesha held positions as a Supervisor and Line Cook at Bombay Bites from April 2019 to January 2021. Kesha began the professional career as a Lab Analyst at Infinita Biotech from August 2017 to December 2018. Academic credentials include a degree in Food Science Technology from Centennial College (2019 - 2020) and a Master's degree in Microbiology from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (2015 - 2017).
