Sydney Colbert is an experienced professional in food science, currently serving as the Innovation & Product Development Manager at Celtrade Canada Inc. since November 2016, leading a team to introduce innovative food products to the North American market. Prior roles include Research & Innovation Manager, Research and Innovation Scientist, Senior Product Developer, and Product Developer, where Sydney contributed to the development of high-quality value-added products. Previous experience includes positions at Vantage Foods Inc. as a Product Developer and Quality Control Technician, as well as roles at Newly Weds Foods, Caldic Canada Inc., and Feature Foods International, focusing on product development and quality control. Sydney holds a Master of Food Science from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Guelph.
