Diane Parks

Diane Parks has extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Kura Oncology, Inc., Soligenix, Inc., and TriSalus Life Sciences, among others. Parks also holds a position as a Board Member at Celularity Inc. and served as a Non-Executive Director at Calliditas Therapeutics AB. Prior roles include Director at the Lymphoma Research Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors at CTI BioPharma. Earlier in their career, Parks held significant positions at Kite Pharma, Inc., Pharmacyclics, and Amgen, including SVP, Head US Commercial, and Vice President Marketing and Sales. Education includes an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and a BS from Kansas State University.
