Celulose Irani SA (Irani) is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the paper industry. The Company and its subsidiaries are active in the manufacture of paper and corrugated cardboard packaging, as well as in the trade of furniture. Additionally, it is involved in the segment of forestation and reforestation. The Company's products include high and low weights kraft paper; recycled paper, and light and heavy boxes and sheets of corrugated cardboard. Meu Movel de Madeira, the Company's subsidiary, sells furniture exclusively over the Internet. In the forestry segment, the Company cultivates pine and produces wood resin extracted from pine, which is used as a raw material for the production of rosin and turpentine. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's subsidiaries included Habitasul Florestal SA, Irani Trading SA, Meu Movel de Madeira Ltda, HGE - Geracao de Energia Sustentavel Ltda and Iraflor - Comercio de Madeiras Ltda.
