Olga Gómez de Castro

Olga Goudsmit is an experienced marketing and project management professional with a strong background in experiential marketing, business development, and international relations. Currently serving as Experiential Marketing Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Solve.Care since October 2019, Olga previously worked as a Business Development Manager in a Family Office, where responsibilities included identifying project goals and attracting investors. Prior experience includes Project Manager roles at Green House Ltd. and the charitable foundation «Zhyve Dzherelo», overseeing multiple projects and fostering donor relationships, as well as serving as International Relations Manager at the International Alliance of cooperation with Africa and Middle East, where engagement with global partners was key. Olga holds a Master of Science in Business Management from Lutsk National Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English from Lutsk Pedagogical College, supplemented by functional English skills training at Westminster Adult Education Service.
