Daryl Charlson

Daryl Charlson is an experienced operations and maintenance leader with a strong background in managing large fleets and facility operations. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at CEMEX since July 2017, Daryl oversees a fleet of over 300 Ready Mix Trucks and 25 Ready Mix Plants, while also recruiting and training management staff. Prior to this role, Daryl was the General Manager of Rental Services at Johnson Machinery Company, managing a diverse fleet of over 400 pieces of equipment. Earlier experience includes a position as Regional Operations Manager at Vulcan Materials Company, where Daryl managed multiple plant operations and ensured compliance with various operational and safety standards. Daryl holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
