Steven Alter is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various organizations, including AmerisourceBergen, UniTek Global Services, Arcadia University, Lockheed Martin, and others. Currently serving as a Senior IT Program Manager at AmerisourceBergen since June 2015, Steven oversees multiple IT initiatives, including software and infrastructure modernization and cloud migrations. Prior roles include Senior Director/Deputy CIO at UniTek and Vice-President & CIO at Arcadia University, where Steven directed strategic IT operations. With a background in leading large virtual teams and managing substantial budgets at Lockheed Martin, Steven has developed enterprise-wide software solutions and directed application developments since the early stages of a career that began as a software engineer at Grumman Aerospace. Steven holds an MS in Computer Science from Villanova University and a BS in Computer Science from Rider University.
