Steve Farina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and implementation in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Product Manager for CRM Loyalty at Cendyn since March 2017, Steve oversees the development and delivery of the eLoyalty platform and its associated APIs. Previously, Steve held roles such as Associate Director of Implementations and Process Improvement, where efforts focused on enhancing project management practices, and Associate Director of Project Management, leading deployment and optimization projects. Prior experience includes serving as Account Director for the Loyalty Division at Unifocus and Vice President at Hotel Internet Marketing, along with roles at Vista Host and Royal Sonesta New Orleans. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Administration from the University of New Orleans.
