Nicolas Poussin is an experienced production manager with a strong background in manufacturing and packaging within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Responsable Production at Cenexi since May 2023, Nicolas oversees manufacturing and packaging maintenance while actively participating in the executive committee. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Responsable Operationnel Production Fabrication et Conditionnement at NextPharma, managing multiple production lines and leading a sizeable team to ensure operational efficiency and quality compliance. Their extensive experience at Novo Nordisk as Team Leader Aseptic Filling included managing aseptic filling teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
