Marcio Mendes

Marcio Mendes has extensive experience in IT and process management, currently serving as the Latin America IT and Process Manager at Cengage Learning/National Geographic Learning since February 2013. In this role, Marcio oversees the IT department and manages teams focused on systems, infrastructure, operations, and service desk functions. Previously, Marcio worked at Pacific Gateway International College and Moto Honda da Amazônia Ltda, where responsibilities included acquiring proficiency in English and leading IT infrastructure projects, respectively. Marcio's career began at Holcim, providing support across multiple countries in Latin America and participating in SAP integration projects. Marcio holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Computer Networks and Telecommunications from FASP, along with a degree in Administration with a focus on Systems Analysis and Informatics from the same institution.
