Tim Plummer

Tim Plummer is an experienced financial professional with extensive expertise in credit management and accounts receivable. Currently serving as the Director of Credit and Accounts Receivable at Cengage Learning since January 2016, Tim formulates and implements credit policies to minimize risk and maximize cash flow. Previously, as the Director of Private Pay Collections at Omnicare, oversight of the asset management function of Private Pay Accounts Receivable was key, along with managing the leadership team for optimal portfolio performance. Tim's background also includes a role as Director of Finance and Collections at Cincinnati Bell, where management of call centers and financial oversight was critical. Additionally, significant experience was gained as a Financial Manager at Graybar Electric, achieving goals in collections efficiency. Tim holds an MBA from Xavier University - Williams College of Business and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
