Boris M. serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Engineering Operations at CENGN since November 2014, having previously held various engineering leadership roles within the organization. Boris is involved in multiple governance roles, including as a Board Member for QIX and as Chair of the Operations Committee for OGIX, both focusing on Internet Exchange development in Quebec and the Ottawa Gatineau region. Boris was the inaugural MANRS Ambassador for Research at the Internet Society, leading global efforts on BGP hijacking assessments. Additional experience includes significant positions at Cisco Systems, IXIA Europe Limited, DANTE, COLT Telecom France, and Cable & Wireless Communications, contributing to major technical advancements and deployments in networking. Boris holds a degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from École supérieure de Génie Informatique.
