Nathalie Guthrie is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at CENGN since January 2017, Nathalie has also contributed as the Director on the Board of Directors for the Ottawa Safety Council since May 2023 and as the Board Secretary and Tournaments Director for the Kanata Baseball Association since September 2024. Prior roles include Manager of Human Resources Services at Calian Group, Human Resources Director at Southway Hotel, and Human Resources and Administration Generalist at CAA North & East Ontario. Nathalie began a career in human resources as an HR Specialist for the Government of Canada, preceded by a role as Operations Manager at Response Group Canada. Nathalie holds a degree from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
