Rugaya Salim currently serves as the Regional Sales Manager for APAC at Centek Group, focusing on business growth in the Asia-Pacific region since February 2020. Prior to this role, Rugaya worked as a Sales Engineer for DFINITI Technologies, contributing to various projects in Malaysia and India between September 2018 and February 2020. Previous experience includes serving as a Client Partner at Leadership Resources Malaysia, providing sales support for soft skills training, and holding positions at Schlumberger as both a Technical Sales Engineer and Field Engineer, specializing in drill bit engineering and client account management across several Southeast Asian countries. Rugaya began the career as a Piping Engineer Trainee at OPE (Malaysia) SDN BHD. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Manufacturing Management from Universiti Kuala Lumpur and a Bachelor’s in Petroleum Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
