Billy Fabian

Billy Fabian currently serves as a Naturalist at Jackson Hole EcoTour Adventures and as a Nature and Wildlife Content Creator and Educator at Strategist to Naturalist, positions held since April 2024. Previously, Billy has held several influential roles, including Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) since February 2020, and Vice President of Strategy at Govini from November 2019 to January 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Research Fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA) and as a Senior Strategic Analyst at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Billy's career began at the United States Department of the Army, where various roles included Strategic Planner and Analyst, and Infantry Officer, culminating in a Presidential Management Fellowship. Educational background includes a Master of Public Administration in International Security Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Classical Studies from Tulane University.
