Mathilda Reckford is a Specialist in Adult Language and Communication at the Center for Applied Linguistics, focusing on recruitment and documentation for the English for Heritage Language Speakers program since March 2019. Previous roles include serving as a Research Assistant and Research Intern, contributing to the development of K-12 language assessment items and world language education initiatives. Additionally, Mathilda works as a Linguistic Counsellor for Franco-German youth encounters, providing language activities for young participants. Other experience includes management roles at the Provincetown Film Festival and Sundance Institute, alongside a prior position as Communication Officer for the King’s College London German Society. Mathilda holds a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature with Film Studies from King's College London and a French Baccalaureate from Lycée Richelieu in France.
