CCR is a psycho-educational organization specializing in creating mature relationships in all arenas of life through our training and development workshops and Intensives.  Our basic work focuses on communication whether between intimate partners or between leaders or work partners, or among colleagues in small business settings. Our training focuses on deepening and/or repairing connection between challenged intimate partnerships to transforming the relationship from disconnect to connection and compassion.  Or creating sound relationships and effective team building within an organizational culture.  Learn Dialogical communication methods that both foster safety and facilitate flourishing within families or promote essential workplace factors such as creativity, productivity and motivation.  CCS teaches user-friendly skills, that create an atmosphere of relationality and emotional safety for all relationships whether between partners, or at home, between members of the workforce and within the workplace.
