Joy Wicker

Joy Wicker serves as the Facilities Operations & Travel Administrator at the Center for Creative Leadership since December 2016, previously holding the title of Operations Administrator in Technical Operations. Prior experience includes working as a Sales and Planning Assistant at Kayser-Roth Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed data entry, forecast accuracy reporting, customer service, and catalog management. Joy also has extensive experience in sales coordination and logistics from positions at Delmac Machinery Group and SCM Group USA, focusing on network administration, order processing, and interdepartmental communication. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additional teaching experience includes instructing Basic PC Literacy at Forsyth Tech Community College.
