Ken Harding

Ken Harding has over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Employer Testing Services and Director of Campus and Community Testing at Bradley University, Ken specializes in assessing candidates' talents and strengths using a variety of assessment tools. In addition to these roles, Ken is an elected Trustee for the Village of Tremont, overseeing municipal operations and zoning enforcement. As a Leadership Development Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, Ken helps professionals enhance self-awareness and leadership skills. Previous experience includes roles as a Personnel Data Analyst at State Farm and an Assessor at Towers Watson. Ken holds an MSHR in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Purdue University and an M.S. in Industrial Psychology from Illinois State University.
