Abby Halperin is an experienced professional in environmental policy and education, currently serving as the Senior Policy and Evaluation Manager at the Center for Ecoliteracy since June 2018. Previously, Abby held various roles within the organization, including Policy and Grants Manager, Assessment and Grants Manager, and Data and Assessment Coordinator. Prior to this, research work on climate change communication was conducted at the University of Oxford as a Research Associate. Additional experience includes serving as a Policy Associate at the Pacific Forest Trust, where research and data analysis informed environmental policy, and creating environmental education programs at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation. Abby's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's Degree from Oberlin College in Biology and Environmental Studies.
