The Opportunity
The Director, Supportive Services holds a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of participant supportive services programming at CEO, which includes a focus on mental health, housing and other barriers to success. While participants face many challenges during reentry that this role may address, mental health and housing are critical barriers that often result in significant difficulties in successful engagement at CEO and in maintaining employment. Responsibilities typically include developing strategic plans to improve mental health services and housing solutions, managing internal referrals, managing budgets and resources efficiently, supervising clinical and specialist staff and ensuring their professional development, implementing evidence-based practices, collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community organizations, monitoring quality of care, advocating for mental health awareness and policy changes, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Ultimately, the Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality supportive services for CEO participants, sustainably and at scale, including mental health care and the resolution of housing issues.
As part of our mission, we strongly encourage individuals who have lived experience of incarceration or involvement in the justice system to apply for this role.
