Caitlin Kennedy

Caitlin Kennedy currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at the Center for Employment Opportunities, beginning in October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Judicial Law Clerk for Franklin and Grand Isle County Vermont Superior Courts, where assistance was provided to judges with legal research and writing from September 2022 to September 2023. Caitlin was also a Fellow at The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship, supporting justice-involved citizens from April 2021 to May 2022, and worked as a Law Clerk in the Office of Chittenden County State's Attorney, drafting motions and preparing for legal proceedings in early 2022. Earlier roles include Contract Associate and Job Coach at the Center for Employment Opportunities and various positions in other organizations, including a prominent summer internship at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Caitlin obtained a JD in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a BA in Comparative Literature and Theatre from Hamilton College.
