Andrew Woodruff is a seasoned professional in the fields of training and workforce development, with extensive experience in renewable energy and building science. Currently serving as the Director of Training and Workforce Development at the Center for Energy and Environment since May 2025, Woodruff previously held multiple roles at Community Housing Partners from October 2014 to May 2025, including Lead Project Manager and Assistant Training Center Director. Woodruff's earlier experience includes managing green building projects at Building Performance Engineering from February 2010 to December 2013 and working as Office Manager at Blue Ridge Energy Works, LLC. Woodruff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science - Architectural Technology from Appalachian State University.
