Stephanie Haddad serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Energy and Environment since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading the Operations team, shaping strategic direction, and overseeing a $32M budget along with 40+ employees across multiple teams. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Assistant Dean at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, managing a $27.7M budget and strategic initiatives from 2012 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Director for the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, Executive Director of Longfellow Community Council, Assistant Director at Southeast Asian Community Council, and various roles in nonprofit leadership and management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Studies in Horticulture from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts in Advanced Policy Analysis from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College.
