Denise Hannigan

Denise Hannigan is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in technology management and user support. Currently serving as the IT Director at the Center for Human Development since October 2017, Denise previously held the position of IT Helpdesk Supervisor at Commonwealth Care Alliance, where exceptional customer service and technical problem resolution were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager of Technology at the US Bureau of Census, Help Desk Specialist and Client Systems Trainer at MeadWestvaco, and Client Systems Supervisor at Westvaco. Denise began a career in information technology as a trainer and support specialist at Westvaco Envelope Division. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Fitchburg State University.
