Mary Kimball is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in agricultural and environmental organizations. As Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at the Center for Land-Based Learning since September 2004, Mary has driven initiatives in sustainable land use and education. Additionally, Mary serves as a Board Member for the Yolo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and has held the position of Chair for the Yolo County Planning Commission from January 2013 to January 2015. Mary was also President of the Yolo Land Trust from January 2005 to January 2013 and contributed as Alumni Council Director for the California Agricultural Leadership Program until August 2011. Early career experience includes working as an Animal Health Representative for American Cyanamid from 1992 to 1994. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science and Agricultural Economics from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Education and Human Resource Development from The Ohio State University.
