Rachael Terada is an experienced professional in renewable energy markets, currently serving as the Head of Clean Energy Programs and Director of Technical Projects at the Center for Resource Solutions since December 2006. Rachael has over 15 years of experience, leading initiatives such as the Green-e® Renewable Fuels Standard and certification program for thermal energy applications. Rachael has provided international expert assistance in renewable energy policy design and REC tracking systems across multiple countries in Asia. Previous roles include managing operations for Green-e® certification programs and conducting life-cycle assessments. Rachael holds an M.S. and B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
