Clémence THEYS is a seasoned professional in customer care and journey management, currently serving as the Customer Care & Journey Manager (Europe) at Center Parcs since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing relationships across various teams to enhance the customer journey. Previously, Clémence worked as a CRM Project Assistant at Maisons du Monde, where involvement in CRM projects and campaign management took place across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes a role as CRM & Customer Experience International Project Officer at Yves Rocher, focusing on performance analysis across diverse global markets, and leadership positions in student associations during academic tenure, including serving as President of Forum des Télécommunications. Clémence holds an Integrated Master’s in Management from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and has engaged in international study through an Erasmus semester at Luleå University of Technology.
