Kok-Wah Li has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Kok-Wah began their career as a Business Controller at Aldipress, where they were responsible for the planning and control cycle of commercial activities. Kok-Wah also contributed to various financial projects during their time there. Kok-Wah later joined Sanoma as a Controller, where they managed the planning and control cycle, as well as financial reporting and analysis for production management, staff departments, and IT. Following this, Kok-Wah Li joined the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, where they held various roles including Operational Finance Manager, Business Controller for commercial development, Business Analyst, and Manager of Controlling Commercial/HO. In these roles, they were responsible for financial planning and control, reporting and analysis, and optimization of expenditures for different departments within the organization. Kok-Wah'smost recent position at the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group is Director of Operational Finance Tourism CenterParcs Europe.

Kok-Wah Li obtained a Chartered Global Management Accountant degree in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a post-graduate program in registercontroller / Executive Master of Finance & Control at ESAA Erasmus School of Accounting & Assurance in 2013. In 1997, they attained a Drs. degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
