Olivier Garaïalde has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Olivier currently serves as the CEO of Center Parcs since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO at Miral Experiences from 2016 to 2021, where they also served as the Senior Vice President of Operations from 2013 to 2016. Before that, they worked at Compagnie des Alpes as the Vice-President of Operations in the Leisure Parks Division from 2009 to 2013, and as the Director of Operations in the same division from 2005 to 2009. At Disneyland Paris, they held various positions including Director of Operations for Hotels, Director of Finance Operations, Senior Manager of Finance Operations, and Finance Controller from 1997 to 2005. Olivier also worked as an Assistant General Manager at TGI Fridays Paris from 1994 to 1997 and started their career as a Financial Analyst at Disneyland Paris from 1991 to 1994.

Olivier Garaïalde attended EHL from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a BA degree in Hospitality Administration/Management.
