Pierre Pasqual

Over the last 15 years, Mr. Pasqual has advised more than 75 completed transactions in the consumer, luxury, media, hospitality and energy industries for corporate and private equity clients.

Mr. Pasqual notable transactions while at Centerview include: the €9bn buyback of its own shares from Nestlé by L’Oréal, the €10bn acquisition of New Suez by a consortium of investors (GIP, Meridiam and Groupe Caisse des Dépôts), the $1bn disposal of Valtech to BC Partners, the €500m opening of the share capital of Christian Louboutin to Exor (investment company controlled by the Agnelli family), the disposal of AMI PARIS to Sequoia Capital, the acquisition of AD Education by Ardian, the €8bn purchase of Nets by Nexi, the €1bn public offer on Mediawan by its founders and KKR, and the €3bn acquisition of Elsan by KKR.

Prior to joining Centerview, Mr. Pasqual was an Executive Director at Lazard in Paris, which he joined in 2007 and where he has advised numerous transactions for large clients, including in particular L’Oréal, Total and Accor.

Mr. Pasqual joined Centerview in order to participate to the opening of its Paris office and to the development of Centerview Partners activities in France and in Continental Europe.

Pierre Pasqual is a graduate of École Polytechnique (X) and HEC.
