Ilya Fedorkov

Ilya Fedorkov has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the areas of financial management, costing, and project management. Ilya is currently the CTO and Managing Partner of Centida, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants from 2018 to 2019.

Before their role at Centida, Ilya worked at Orange Business Services as the Head of Costing Team from 2011 to 2018. During their time there, they were responsible for the design, development, and validation of costing methodology, as well as the implementation of a costing corporate BI solution. Ilya also introduced a web portal for reporting, collaboration, and documentation.

From 2008 to 2011, Ilya was a Management Consultant at Detecon International GmbH, where they specialized in telecommunications costing, performance management, and strategy development. Prior to that, they worked at Mobile TeleSystems as the Head of Costing Team from 2005 to 2008, where they were involved in the development and rollout of costing and profitability management reporting systems. Ilya also managed the coordination of finance, marketing, production, and regulatory functions for the Calling Party Pays regime readiness project.

Earlier in their career, Ilya worked as a Financial Manager at EvrazHolding from 2004 to 2005, focusing on planning and budgeting processes. Ilya also supervised the alignment of SAP R/3 CO module between headquarters and production sites. Prior to that, they were an IT Manager at UC RUSAL from 2001 to 2004, where they conducted IT landscape analysis and was involved in the development of financial corporate IT solutions.

Ilya Fedorkov began their education in 1995 at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT), where they earned a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics in 2001. In 1999, they also obtained a Specialist degree in Innovation Management from the Center of complementary professional education of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. In 2014, Ilya attended the ESCP Business School and completed the FT Group Business School Advanced Controlling Program. In terms of additional certifications, they received the MCSA: BI Reporting certification from Microsoft in October 2019, the Deep Learning Specialization certification from Coursera in April 2019, and the Data Scientist with Python certification from DataCamp in March 2019. Ilya also obtained the Data Scientist with R Track certification from DataCamp in January 2018.
