Centier Bank
A business banker with experience in credit, commercial lending, and insurance, Tim Spoelman services Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland markets. He has assisted many industries in securing financing with various projects including construction, hospitality, senior care, mixed-use properties, and multi-family investment real estate.
Tim is a current member of the Chicago Banking Professionals Association and the Wounded Heroes Foundation. He is an active volunteer as manager and coach for Highland Little League, Highland Youth Basketball Program, and serves as coach for regional travel baseball and basketball teams. He is also an assistant worship coordinator for Pathway Church in St. John.
Tim resides in Highland with his family.
