Anna Heimann is an experienced professional in client experience and customer success, currently serving as a Client Experience Expert at Centra since April 2021. Responsibilities include coordinating incident management processes, providing first-line client support, and onboarding new team members. Previously, Anna held roles at Infor as a Sales Operations Team Leader and Senior Sales Operations Analyst, managing teams, providing CRM support, and training new hires.
