Brady Um has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. From 2009 to 2011, Brady worked as an Account Manager at Scotiabank before transitioning to the role of Manager - Emerging Payments from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2017, Brady served as a Product Manager - Digital Payments at Scotiabank. Following this, Brady joined Samsung Electronics in 2017 as a Senior Manager - Business Operations and Strategy, specializing in Mobile Services. During this time, Brady led the implementation of go-to-market plans and business development strategies for key mobile platforms. In 2021, Brady joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Product Manager - Payments Strategy, where they were responsible for devising strategies for wallet, e-commerce, transit, and omni-channel solutions for clients. Currently, Brady is the Chief of Staff at Central 1, where they oversee the tactical management and strategic direction of digital products and services.

Brady Um holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Toronto. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2017.
