Stephen Rivers is an experienced professional in client experience and support, currently serving as AVP, Client Experience (Delivery & Support) at Central 1 since June 2009. In this role, Stephen is responsible for enhancing the operational experience for all clients and fostering partnerships to better serve their business needs. Previous positions include Head of Client Implementation & Support and Director of Client Support Services, where Stephen led service processes and quality assurance in a client contact center. Prior to Central 1, Stephen held managerial roles at Ultramatic Sleep of Canada, TRG Customer Solutions, Telespectrum, and S&P Data, achieving significant improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences: Geology from the University of Waterloo.
